There are many ways to enjoy our Chilean Smoked Salmon:
Classic & Simple (Cold)
- Mash avocado on toast, add the Chilean Smoked Salmon and sprinkle with capers or chili flakes
- Top a toasted bagel or crusty bread with cream cheese, capers, thinly sliced red onion, fresh dill and lemon juice
- Pair with softened cream cheese, brie or herbed dips on crackers or blinis
- Eat it directly, perhaps with a dash of fresh lemon or cracked black pepper
Brunch & Breakfast
- Add the Chilean Smoked Salmon to scrambled eggs, make a smoked salmon omelet with goat cheese or replace ham in Eggs Benedict
