Japanese Sweet Shrimp (Amaebi)

Harvested from the deep waters of Hokkaido, our Japanese Sweet Shrimps have great texture, sweet aftertaste and will melt in your mouth. Skilfully de-shelled by experts in Akasaka, Kyoto and packed neatly before being flash frozen for freshness, each amaebi is carefully peeled and prepped so it is ready to eat as sushi, sashimi or on its own. Sear them lightly if you prefer them cooked.
