Where does 8 Gems deliver to?

We currently deliver to all addresses within mainland Singapore and Sentosa Island. International shipping is also available for select countries. For enquiries on overseas delivery, please email info@8gems.com.sg for more information.

When will I receive my purchase?

We deliver to you six days a week, excluding Sundays and public holidays, from 10am to 10pm.

If you wish to receive your delivery between 10am to 6pm, we can deliver your purchase within 48 hours. Alternatively, if you wish to receive your delivery after 6pm, we can deliver your purchase within 72 hours.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change. However, if you are not present to receive your delivery, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee of $15.

In addition, we reserve the right to deny future service to customers who are repeatedly absent for their deliveries.

Is there a delivery fee?

We offer free delivery on purchases above $200. For purchases beneath that, we charge a flat fee of $15.

Why are some caviars not available at certain times of the year?

We take great care in ensuring the high quality of our caviar. However, due to the unpredictability of nature, there may be periods where roe of certain sturgeons will not be available in quantities sufficient for sale.
