Beef Wellington
- Bake the frozen beef wellington in the oven at 200/220 degrees for convection/non-convection ovens respectively for 50 minutes.
- Depending on how cook or raw you want the beef to be, adjust the cooking by +5min/-5min.
- Allow to rest for 10-15 mins before slicing and serving.
- Warm the red wine jus in a sauce pan with a touch of water at low heat.
Ocean Trout Wellington
- Warm up the wellington at 220 degrees for 5 mins for a crispy crust.
- Heat up the sauce by microwaving or using a sauce pan on low heat for 1-2 mins.
