Established in 2015, Eight Gems started life as a purveyor of sustainable and affordable caviar because we believe that everyone deserves to enjoy the finer things in life. As a true-blue — or more accurately, ‘true-pink’ — Singaporean company, we are grateful and humbled that today, our exquisite roe are being served at more than 40 esteemed restaurants, hotels and clubs on this island we call home.

In addition to supplying caviar to our trade partners, our gastronomic journey has now led us to provide a thoughtfully curated range of gourmet products, through our online store 8gems.com.sg, to discerning everyday consumers like you.
