A delicacy with high nutritional value and a pleasant long lasting finish, our bottarga is naturally processed without preservatives. Produced exclusively from the roe of the grey mullet which is recognised as the best for Avgotaraho production,  it is coated by natural bee’s wax which sufficiently preserves the product and its delicate taste during its shelf life, despite the low sodium content.
